Each Clubspace is an online hub that enables a team or conference to efficiently manage operations, communicate with players or parents and connect with other teams. Clubspaces brings all the complex activities required to run and manage a team together in one seamless experience.

What is the relationship between Clubspaces and American Youth Football? |

Clubspaces is the official provider of team and conference management for AYF. Clubspaces is also the official provider for AYSO, USA Volleyball and National Junior Basketball.

Is it just a website? |
| |
No. A website is just one of the features. All of the tools to manage your team are accessible online through your Clubspace administrative dashboard. As an administrator you will have access to all of the behind-the-scenes tools and can also give access to others. For example, your club’s scheduler can update the club calendar through the administrative dashboard, which automatically appears on the central calendar on your team website for all members to see. Your club’s registrar can set up your payment options to collect fees and then a member can pay those fees right through your club website.

Why should we use Clubspaces? |

Clubspaces is a great tool for your leadership volunteers and members. Registrars, schedulers, volunteer recruiters, webmasters, all find their jobs much easier. And it’s a great way to keep your players and members informed. Clubspaces even includes features like tournament management. Services provided by Clubspaces is completely free, so teams can use their limited budgets for other important expenses.

Do I need to install any software? |

No, Clubspaces is an online tool. All you need is a web browser. This also means that you never need to back up data, store paper documents, or install any updates. And you can access your Clubspaces website at any time.

Why is it free? |

From its inception the founders wanted to offer Clubspaces free to all clubs and sports teams so that they could direct their limited budgets toward the actual activities that brought them together in the first place. Clubspaces is supported solely by advertising revenues. |

How many users can we have? |

As many as you want. There is no limit to the number of members you can have in your team or conference, number of administrators who you permit to access the tools, or documents you can store.
